SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at the Kewadin Casino and Convention Center in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., beginning at 6:00 p.m. the meeting will be preceded by Matters Raised by the Membership from 5 to 6:00 p.m.

Resolutions being considered are: FY 2009 Indirect Cost Budget Modification #2; FY 2010 SYEP Administration Stimulus and SYEP Stimulus Budget Modifications; Approving the Economic Stimulus TIP; Approving the Long Range Tribal Transportation Plan; IRR Inventory Revisions/Additions; Appointment of Appellate Court Judge - Nertoli; Appointment of Appellate Court Judge - Jump; proposal to cancel the cost share contract with USDA-NRCS for construction of a  walleye aquaculture pond on tribal land; Head Start and Early Head Start 2009 COLA and Quality Improvement; Amending Governmental Team Member Manual: Vacation; Amending Enterprise Team Member Manual: Vacation; and Amending the Bylaws of the Elder Advisory Committee.
