Program Objective

The Community Service Block Grant provides emergency assistance to tribal households facing immediate and urgent needs where they are not able to resolve on their own.

To determine your eligibility you will need to verify:

• Sault Tribe Membership card
• Verification of Emergency
• Social Security card(s)
• Income Verifification for the past 12 months

Applications are not available online as the tribal member must apply with a Direct Assistance Case Manager to determine all available resources. Please contact a Direct Service Case Manager in your area or call 800‑726‑0093.
