PRC can assist eligible Sault Tribe members with purchasing their glasses through Sault Tribe Optical Departments! Maximum benefit up to $200. To schedule your eye exam with Sault Tribe, please call the Optical Department nearest you:

Members must be eligible for Purchased Referred Care Program. To verify your eligibility, please call 800‑922‑0582 or 906‑632‑5220. PRC is payor of last resort. Members must bill their health insurance if they have coverage for glasses and submit bill and EOB to PRC for reimbursement. PRC will purchase glasses once every two years based on purchase date of last pair from tribal Optical Department.
